Zooming in an app doesn't work, only zooming out.

An issue I came across when using Splatnet 3 (or any other NSO app) is zooming. I was trying to take a picture of all my badges in splatnet in one screenshot, so I zoomed out all the way by pressing control minus several times. The screenshot worked out. After I did this I wanted to zoom back in, but pressing control plus would not work. My Splatnet app is permanently stuck like this, and reinstalling the entire software also doesn't change the zoom back to normal as well. Please provide a fix for this if possible, as the screen is very blurry when taking screenshots and much harder to see. I have provided screenshots of what it looks like.
i accidentally zoomed out even more to the limit, and it's permanently stuck there. Please provide a solution as soon as possible.
Solution: press ctrl + 0
