No auto-Response from browser even ip address is successfully obtained (Mac)

I am having an issue that when I plug in my poisontap device, my Mac book is able to obtain ip address from dhcp, but a http website doesn't response to poisontap automatically unless I manually refresh the page. I have tested no matter the Macbook's wifi is connected or not, still no luck. It is quite strange that it works great on Windows that I can get the response quickly.

I am wondering if there is any changes in the recent OS update? And may I have some ideas from you?
