Add support for NUPath validation

Add in support for NUPath validation to our application.
This validation should be external to the validation algorithm, and is not required to be run in a separate worker.
We simply just need to take a schedule, and then check for any courses we have that satisfies the various NUPaths.

Probably also requires a change to the FE data objects of a course, as well as changing the api-client, however I am also a little unsure on this.

Some things to consider that I am also unsure of:

• Can 1 course fill out multiple NUPaths?
• Do transfer courses count towards NUPath
