Because I

have two CDs of Taylor Swift
I already had the idea to mix my K3 and Taylor reviews

I'd like to know if I am welcome to contribute.

If yes, is there some format I/we need to follow?

I have yet to figure a format, but you can expect a contributors.md file in the following couple of days. That file should explain everything you need to be able to contribute to this repo.
