Failing tests in nightly LCM builds

See https://sems-cdash-son.sandia.gov/cdash/viewTest.php?onlydelta&buildid=48998 . It appears it's due to changes in syntax w.r.t. Stratimikos in the input file. I will fix this by looking at how we deal with this in Albany master.

This should be fixed now. The problem had to do with Rythmos having been removed from Trilinos.
