Windows Defender is flagging as a PUA

I need to investigate, but my 1.1.1 install showed this after installing:

Looks like we aren't the first one to deal with this: mitmproxy/mitmproxy#4708

I will try to submit it to Microsoft for a correction.

Bit of a weird answer, they do agree it is not malware, but they didn't realize recognize my report that it was being detected as a PUA... My guess is the fact that their automated testing there did not detect malware, and the analyst agrees it is not malware, they are of the opinion there's nothing to be done... even though my Windows Defender did flag it in the first place? I'll leave this open for now, for informational purposes, and until I check it on some other PCs.
