post_github_issues not working

This is giving a 404 (resource not found) error.

Possibly related to the scope of the access token (this is a new feature of github access tokens. (New personal access token: Select scopes (I did not check anything)).

@drdhaval2785 Do you know how to get it working again?

I changed the 'scope' for the token to 'repo' (the first option).
And now it works.

Incidentally, the maximum number of issues that can be created seems to be 20.
If more, then there will be a 403 status code returned.
Solution is to wait 'a while' (not sure how long). Then rerun.
