pipeline_cell_qc needs scrublet investigate

On Audrey's data, scrublet didn't assign doublets with the thresholds in .yml file (when I changed this threshold there are no assigned doublets).
Issues: 1) threshold parameter for assigning to doublets somehow hardcoded in our pipeline or in scrublet itself.
2) needs to update pipeline making scrublet optional or continue next pipelines to run even without scrublet output.

umap-learn was need to be updated - with version 0.4.6 it works
