ModuleManager seems to be unable to parse a value (see more below)

I'm using a modified TestFlight_Generic_Engines.cfg from RO to test assigning TF modules to stockalike engines. In that, ModuleManager seems can't parse ignitionDynPresFailMultiplier, even though it can with RO. The value is assigned at line 421 in the main file. I'm using NFLV's Goldfish engine to test in new 2.cfg.
Idk if this should be considered an issue or not, but I think that MM should be able to parse the value, so please count it as a bug for now.
