Allow tapping on a card to hide/reveal

This could be enabled with a settings toggle if not wanted always. When enabled it could remove the lock from the card view

I considered shake-to-reveal to be the better option. Tapping requires looking at your phone which implies you can't show the selected card to your team at the same time. To keep a level field, shaking works without looking.
