This repository should have a deprecation message

Right now, the gem shows a deprecation message on post-install. But looking at this repo, there is no indication that ruby-sass is going to be turned down. People coming to this repo should be informed. I guess a notice with pretty much the same content as the post-install message should be fine.
The same goes for the entry on rubygems. I'm not sure if this is the right place for this.
