Pre-install-check tool: Fails on Sample Check on Open Source Kubernetes with Calico

Following error is seen on Open Source Kubernetes with Calico:

Sample requests Error occured | HTTPConnectionPool(host='172.30.158.159', port=80): Max retries exceeded with url: /hello-world (Caused by NewConnectionError(': Failed to establish a new connection: [WinError 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it'))

Code needs to be refactored to work with IaC deployment.
