Right now the root URL returns an error msg:
https://sat-api-dev.developmentseed.org
add landing page that at least contains links to
/stac
docs

This has been added to sat-api, however the root URL is not working in the current deployment.
Closing this issue in favor of one covering the deployment:
sat-utils/sat-api-deployment#3
