White window after upgrade to v3.0.0

After automatically updating itself to v3.0.0, the mod manager now shows up as a white window.
Restarting does not help.

Operating system: Windows Server 2022 (10.0.20348.2762), DirectX 12
Graphics driver: Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti 560.81

Completely uninstalling and reinstalling did help, but previously installed mods are gone. I didn't check "Uninstall mods" checkbox.
