No spinner on "confirm" or "retry" button

Just noticed that neither the "confirm" button (tx confirmation dialog), nor the "retry" button show a spinner. This is pretty bad as it currently takes the horizon several seconds to respond…
Make sure that after showing the spinner, the user is not able to click trigger the button's action again while the spinner is shown. Double-check that the spinner disappears and the button becomes clickable again in case of an error.
