Thanks for this really interesting work! I'm following this repo to get data for the mimic-iii experiment. Meanwhile, I found utils.get_mimiciii_data seems to be loading data in a slightly different format from the extracted data. Can you provide more details on, say, what final_input3.npy (here) includes and how can I get it based on the extraction process here?

Ah, I think x, m, T were stacked together and T is of dim=1. Closing the issue now
