Description

This part of the page might be too simple for a lot of people. It feels that we assume that people know what they exactly need to install regarding docker. A examples are:

• people can install the desktop version, but that's not mentioned in the page
• ensuring the docker daemon is running is not referring to a page that explains that if you've installed docker desktop you could see it in a different place
• We don't mention the system requirements, can this be used on Mac/Windows/Linux

By the way, if you going to look at the link provided above, maybe also check this link and update it, or maybe remove the information from the above mentioned page and refer to the Installation page

Suggested Fix

Explain the system requirements in more detail, but still link to pages of the systems themselves so we don't have too much work maintaining the pages
