Ocean Successive Orders with Atmosphere - Advanced (OSOAA) : Accurate computation of the radiative tranfer into the Ocean-Atmosphere system including polarisation, coupling terms, and the agitated surface.
CNES/ALCD
The Active Learning for Cloud Detection (ALCD) software enables to generate reference cloud masks which may be used to validate operational cloud masks, such as those generated by MAJA. The reference cloud masks are generated interactively using an iterative active learning procedure which enables to generate an accurate reference cloud mask in less than two hours. ALCD works on linux systems and relyes on the OTB library. It also requires a GIS software such as QGIS. The tool was written by Louis Baetens during a training period at CESBIO, funded by CNES, under supervision of Olivier Hagolle.

WASP (Weighted Average Synthesis Processor) is a C++/Python software to produce monthly cloud free images from Sentinel-2 Level 2A data obtained with MAJA software. WASP has been designed to minimize the artefacts wich are usually visible on monthly coosites. WASP works on linux environment and requires the installation of the Orfeo ToolBox (OTB).

It works for the reflective spectral domain, under clear sky conditions.
