Add hierarchical trophic level calculations. This would allow for easy calculations of individuals->Populations->Species->Family etc. and report all information at all levels.

This has been fixed for DietTroph function. I haven't decided whether or not to include this into FoodTroph as one could argue it is worth taking all food items in the random sampling technique for a species rather than by study/population/etc. to get an estimate for a species.

Completed. FoodTroph and DietTroph are now hierarchical.
