rfishbase update writes a tmp table causing checks to fail

Closed this issue · 3 comments

This is the same issue as the one posted on the rfishbase team by me from March. This is outside of my control to fix as it is specifically an issue with rfishbase. I will contact them to fix it. The package will work, but fail R CMD Check.

They have a temporary fix and checks now pass. Will wait for them to push changes to CRAN and re-submit dietr to CRAN.

Fix is now on winbuilder and has been tested. I will submit to CRAN and when back on CRAN issue will close. The rfishbase solution should prevent this from happening in the future.

Version 1.1.2 containin the fix is now on CRAN.
