Request - Make group membership a condition

Hi Brajesh,

Sorry for creating an issue here - I was not sure where the best place was to comment on this plugin. I would love to see the ability to show fields based on group membership. E.g. If I join a group based on a sport, then I get a field to choose what team I support.
