When using the ProcessHollowing executable I get the error below.

Unhandled Exception: System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
at ProcessHollowingExe.Program.Main(String[] args)

When using the library everything works as expected.

To recreate: use the shell code generator and copy byte bag into program.cs and build.
