Batching multiple subtitles to one file

I have multiple episodes with multiple subtitle files that need syncing. I know about the batch feature and it works well. Dragging and dropping for example 12 different language subtitles files into the "subtitles" column works just fine, but then I need to drag and drop the corresponding 1 episode file 12 separate times into the "references" column because I can't highlight it 12 times. Is there a way to speed up this process? I'd hate to have to do this for an episode with 30+ subtitles.
