[Feature request] Option in order to use remote Kodi/Quasar as backend

Feature

New tiny Quasar plugin with no torrent daemon which use a remote Kodi with regular Quasar plugin as backend.

Advantages

• Easy to install on weird architecture because it would be just a python plugin.
• Delegate torrent network usage/consume to a powerful and well-connected computer.
• It will be possible to run it on commodity hardware.
• It only use minimum bandwidth to transfer video. It is important if it is using wifi connection.

Requirements

• Expose Quasar daemon API through Kodi webservice.
• [Optional] Quasar daemons autodiscovery over local network.
