ScalaJSDom 0.9.6 needs scalaJS 0.6.24

When trying to fastOpt a project using scalaJSDom 0.9.6 and using scalaJS 0.6.22, we ha d a linkage error that was resolved by updating to scalaJS 0.6.24.
Could you put in the release note a warning about this?
