Scaladoc links are not easily accessible

The links are not obvious to find

click Scala.js API on the navigation on the bottom right (no mention of Scaladoc, the term used is Api)

I propose to add "Scaladoc" on the navigation top bar.

http://www.scala-lang.org/ also refers to "API Docs" and not to "Scaladocs". Scaladoc is the name of the tool used to generate the API Docs.

Regarding the term API Docs vs Scaladoc, you are right. for some reason, I call them Scaladoc.
