Scala 2.10's dead, we don't need this anymore. archiving it signals that this is now just historical information
there's a sense in which the issue remains alive, since 2.11 drops the scala-parser-combinators dependency from the compiler, and 2.13 drops compiler's scala-xml dependency and makes scala-parallel-collections separate and integrates macro paradise. but this repo doesn't currently have all that information. I'm suggesting that if we want to give guidance on that, we should do it via a doc page on docs.scala-lang.org, having it in a repo like this doesn't really make sense IMO
I'm not sure it ever made much sense frankly, and I think most people don't even know this repo ever existed.
