Migration script is failing!

Describe the bug
The migration script failed during initial project installation!

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Follow the quick-start instructions to step 5.
2. Notice it is failing due not finding the media

Expected behavior
The migrations scripts should run as expected.
