[Scania theme light] Improvement - Scania theme compile scripts duplicated

Describe current situation

  • Same compile scripts exists in all packages. Can be improved with lerna or similar tools. Try to avoid duplication in scania-theme

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to theme/light/src/styles/core
  2. compile.js exists in all packages
