Block size and key size vs SecurityStrength

Background

Will we need a different entry for the block size and the key size? Right now we have SecurityStrength only

There are algorithms (Camellia) is a good example) with a specific block size (128 bites) but different keys (128, 192 or 256 bits)

Revisit the concept of SecurityStrength in the list to adapt it to these cases
