Move over to modules2 branch - I've got runcard parsing (mostly) working for modules2 runcards now, and have updated nnlorun.py to be more robust when using gfal which should be the future. I propose that this be the master branch, as I'm also making bugfixes etc. here now, and all the former Durham NNLOJET people will hopefully be working on modules2 in the near future.

I believe that we're now modules2 compliant now so I'm closing this.
