Left/right rotation is always around the absolute Y axis, not camera relative

Add box, drag left and right. Object rotates as expected. Now drag up/down by 90 degrees, such that you are looking down on the object. Now drag left/right again, and observe the object spin rather than rotating as before. Similarly, if you drag up/down by 180 degrees from the initial camera position (i.e. turn the object upside down), then the left/right rotate becomes inverted.
