Support .mtl files with multiple kd_map textures

Need to parse and load textures for each kd_map and assign them to the model.

This is important for supporting the janusvr importer as many of the models in janus use multiple texture maps. I'm sure it'll be necessary as we create more complex models natively for scenevr also.

This zip files contains multimaterial .objs.
