Stylize bullets for incremental slide in presenter view

In presenter view, it would be nice to show bullets with more styling so a presenter knows what's coming next. For instance, the current bullet could be bolded. Whatever will be revealed next could be italicized. Anything that's currently hidden could be light (I made it red here because of Github's light background).
