D-pad left/right doesn't work in favorites menu

In the favourites menu you can't change tabs with the d-pad like in the inventory, only the analog stick works (up/down works fine with both)
System:
Skyrim 1.9.32.0.8
SKSE 1.6.16 rel 14
SkyUI 4.1
Windows 8

Probably can't be fixed (easily) as this kind of thing is hardcoded in the engine - the respective input events won't even arrive in the UI.
