The market is a place where users can create a buy or sell order for items, in a similar way to stocks.
Example:

user: runs /beg for a few minutes and receives 5 Coins in total
user: runs /market coin to see the statistics of Coins on the market
user: runs /market create-sell-order amount:5 price-per-unit:1000 to sell 5 Coins for 1000 inches each
user: runs /market claim to claim their inches or Coins, depending on if the Coins were sold
