Additional params for restore-all.sh

• Resume after failure, e.g. --start-at
• Skip existing
• Keep going on failure and log failed (also to file in case of hanging after failure)
• Ignore: Some apps seem to fail, e.g. hidden magisk app
• exclude pattern, e.g. com.android - would also be helpful for backup
