can't find libpajeutils

After make, I cannot find the lib file named libpajeutils, why?

I had disable since I thought is was no longer necessary, but it seems many people are using files installed by the libpajeutils (especially a tool called viva). So, I just put back to the compilation round in bfe85f3.
