add https via gh pages settings, once domain check completes

We've made changes (see LITS ticket) and just need to wait 0-48hrs from Mon 8/19/2024 12:30pmET to see the site DNS switch and show the repo webhosting. Then can click the HTTPS enforce checkbox on repo > settings > pages.
