Bio post lists include category: announcement but should not

E.g. /people/brandon-walsh list includes 11/1/2022 http://localhost:4000/blog/apply-for-next-years-praxis-cohort/ which is category: announcement

/_layouts/people.html line 79 is supposed to check for and disinclude announcements, and I thought I'd tested this did work, but it isn't. Possibly line 83 logic needs to disinclude that category too or instead?
