Implement Merge of Searches

- Get Search Adapter Endpoint URLs (i.e. from query, env, arguments ...)
- Request Search Adapters in parallel
- Implement simple ranking results from all adapters hpi-schul-cloud/meta-search-engine#2
- Return ranked results

The name for this would be Meta Search Engine.
According to Helios (source) we need a merger and a ranker.

The meta search works by ordering the search results after eachother.
