Create assets for "Care Time" Minigame

Asset List

• Background (Simple bath background)
• Dog Rocky from side perspective (This needs to be an SVG file and the dog needs an outline, it doesn't matter if the outline is transparent, but the outline path will be used to check if the user interaction is on the dog)
• Block of soap
• Shower Head (it would be ideal if this had animated water droplets )
• waterdrop (or something that the fur looks wet)

The foam bubbles and tinkle effect is planned to be integrated with GSAP, so there are no graphics needed.
