Merge community-meetings in community guide with meeting types section in maintainers guide

It seems that https://learn.scientific-python.org/community/community-meetings/ and
https://learn.scientific-python.org/maintainers/meeting_types/ might have overlapping content. It's worth looking into them to see if we can merge these two pages or delete one.
