Thanks for the new release! We've recently started using it and updated to the latest version and it looks like some changes need to happen to make it parallel safe unfortunately.

Edit: An upstream GitLab MR with a fix was created and merged, now a new release should just need to be made: https://gitlab.kitware.com/cmake/cmake/-/merge_requests/8575
