Description

Write more efficient code by replacing loops with simpler, faster, more readable functions. R is a statistical and functional programming language, popular for data science.

Requirements

No knowledge of R or programming necessary, but previous "Into the Tidyverse" workshops will be helpful.
Requirements: A laptop with a recent version of R and RStudio (Free).

About the facilitator

Instructor: Jason Spence
Jason is an undergraduate honours student in the Biological Sciences at SFU with an interest in Data Science and Computational Biology, and has been improving data workflows for the past five years.
