Croppic does not generate images

I am using croppic to crop an image before generate to pdf. There is a problem to input file where dimensions is 3072 x 4608px. Then i try on croppic site (croppic.net), and I get the same thing.

Can you tell me how to solve it?

+1 I have the same issue. Can you fix? From what I can see, this has nothing to do with max upload size, as normal upload scripts works just fine. But it has something to do with the size of the image..

I have fix it. If you have the same issue, you must resize the dimensions to (example) 1000px. Thanks
