Disable modes(S mode only) turns off after power cycling scooter

Steps to Reproduce

1.turn on disable modes(S mode only)
2.turn off the scoot
3.turn on the scoot
result : disable modes(S mode only) is turned off

Expected vs. Actual Behavior

expected : should be kept on
actual : turns off after reboot
