Couldn't install by bower

When I try to install by bower, get the result:

$ bower install Respond
bower cached        git://github.com/scottjehl/Respond.git#1.4.2
bower validate      1.4.2 against git://github.com/scottjehl/Respond.git#*
bower ENOTFOUND     Package Selectivizr bower=selectivizr-bower not found

Could you please check this issue?

I just duplicated this issue, but with a different error.

bower Respond#* cached https://github.com/scottjehl/Respond.git#1.4.2
bower Respond#* validate 1.4.2 against https://github.com/scottjehl/Respond.git#*
bower ENOTFOUND Package 1 not found

But then I tried a little later, and it worked fine after upgrading to bower 1.7.9.
