[Enhancement] Add filters on conferences list at the bottom of the calendar view

It will be more practical to enable filters on the conferences list at the bottom of the calendar view.
For example filters on country and language are the more useful I think.
We can imagine another tags/filters like theme, city, ...

You can now add filters on the calendar and new list view! :)
