Idea: `$(swbox pair zarino)`

Why? If we have a different GIT_COMMITER and GIT_AUTHOR we can know who driver and navigator are.

Features:

• What it does is to echo something like this:

export GIT_COMMITTER_NAME="Zarino Zabbia"
export GIT_COMMITER_EMAIL="zarino@scraperwiki.com"

• Contains a mapping of firstname => name+email for everyone
• --switch exchanges driver/navigator

Neat thing: if you close the terminal, it forgets your navigator, so when you come back tomorrow with a fresh terminal it will go away.

We could also include an .envrc which warns you when you cd to ~/sw/ (or wherever your /sw/ environment is) to remind you to set your navigator.
